We give two prices for UK delivery, these are for Standard UK Delivery 2-3 days & UK Next Day Delivery which we aim to have your order delivered the next day from the order date.

We ship using Flight Logistics and Parcelforce, to track your delivery progress please visit the following sites with you relevant consignment number, http://www.flightlg.com & http://www.parcelforce.co.uk

Please note; orders after 3pm on Fridays will not be despatched until Monday, so if next day delivery is selected then you will not receive your order until Tuesday. If the price for international delivery is more than the £25 minimum, then we will send a request for money though PayPal for the difference BEFORE your order is despatched, ( your order totals and online order will be updated with this price and also notified with a order status update).

All parcels are insured by US and require a signature. Customers can request alternative delivery means at their own expense.

In stock items are despatched at the time of receipt of your properly completed order or within 72 Hours. Although most orders will be received by you within the next business day, excluding weekends and bank holidays, (Please allow a further 5 working days if paying by cheque.)

For special orders - non stock items listed at our suppliers - and stock items that are temporarily sold out, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, subject to availability.
